1. Service Scope
Pilix Technologies provides AI automation, web and mobile development, digital marketing execution, product and brand design, and business strategy support. Project scope, milestones, and deliverables are defined in each proposal or agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely approvals, access credentials, legal rights to supplied content, and feedback needed to execute the project. Delays in these inputs may impact delivery timelines.
3. Payments and Deliverables
Work is delivered according to agreed milestones. Payment schedules and terms are outlined in your signed quote, invoice, or contract. Pilix may pause work if payments are overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final custom deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing. Pilix retains rights to underlying methods, tools, templates, libraries, and pre-existing assets.
5. Third-Party Platforms
AI models, hosting providers, ad networks, APIs, and analytics tools are third-party services. Pilix is not liable for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes made by such providers.
6. Limitation
Pilix provides services with commercially reasonable care. Because marketing performance, automation outcomes, and growth metrics depend on external conditions, no guaranteed business result is implied unless explicitly contracted.
